Denominado por la Expedición Antártica Chilena de 1947, por el meteorólogo de la Fuerza Aérea de Chile Millán Toro Rojas. Este extenso bajo fondo de piedra que aflora en bajamar está situado en bahía Chile en isla Greenwich, en las islas Shetland del Sur. Desde punta Reyes, ubicado a 6 cables al SW de punta Bascopé, avanza hacia el WSW hasta una distancia de 600 metros. Se extiende también hacia el S y luego hacia el SE hasta unirse al extremo W de la isla González.
