This name originates from China. It is part of the China Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
A plateau located in the north of Russian Progress Station, 1 km east from the Zhongshan Station. On January. 14, 1989, When R/V Jidi was in danger because of the ice avalanche, the people who lived in the tent on the construction plant always went to that place to observe the boat blocked in the Dalkoybukta Cove by the icebergs. It was named when surveying and mapping in 1989.
