This name originates from China. It is part of the China Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.

Narrative

Rising in the west Yanjing Hu, Dilixuezhe Wan pours northwest along the gully to the west bank of Fildes Peninsula. The river is seasonal,which gains a great amount of water because of much melting snow during summer and is completely covered with ice in winter. It was named when surveying and mapping in the early 1986 by Wuhan Technical University of Surveying and Mapping because it flows through breccia and spalls.
