This name originates from China. It is part of the China Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
A small couloirs which is located in the valley lying to the west Great Wall Station is deep without direct sunlight and covered with snow all year around. It was named when aerial photos surveying and mapping in February 1986.
