This name originates from China. It is part of the China Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
Located 1.2 Km east to Bellingshausen Station and south to an oil depot, the rock looks like a dragon playing with water headed into the gulf with many huge stones surrounded by the sea. It was named when aerial photos surveying and mapping in February 1986.
