This name originates from China. It is part of the China Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
In the sea area due west of the Gemel Peak, there is a group of islands that cluster together, among which there is a comparatively bigger island surrounded by four small islands, with an altitude of tens of meters, and seen from a distance, the blue sea is like an army of bees paddling the water. It was named when aerial photos surveying and mapping in 1986.
