This name originates from China. It is part of the China Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.

Narrative

A hill 100 meters in elevation, north to the Strait of Fildes, west to Bansan Jiao. China's second Antarctic Expedition Team set up a monitoring spot at the top of the hill when laying the deformation monitoring network of the fault movements of the Strait of the Fildes, and it was named when aerial photos surveying and mapping of the Fildes Peninsula.
