This name originates from China. It is part of the China Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
It is the tallest rocky mountain in the northern part of Huaxi Bandao. The highest point of the mountain has the altitude of 90 meters. It is steep. And there is a stagnant pool at the foot of the northern slope. It was named when surveying and mapping in 1992.
