A small dome-shaped ice rise forming the S border of Atka Iceport (Norwegian name Atkabukta; German used name Atkabucht); 15 km ESE of the German Research Station 'Georg von Neumayer I' (inaugurated in 1981, deconstructed and replaced by Neumayer-Station II in 1993) and 10 km E of 'Neumayer-Station III' (inaugurated in 2009), Ekströmisen, Kronprinsesse Märtha Kyst, Maudheimvidda, Neuschwabenland, Dronning Maud Land. Named during German expedition "Antarktis IV'1985/56.
Atka, name of an US icebreaker that inspected the bay in 1951 and named it "Atka Iceport'.
