This name originates from Germany. It is part of the Germany Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
The glacier lies W of "Armbrustspitze' and 'Kreuzkamm', E of Dessent Ridge, and is a tributary of Wylde Glacier, Mountaineer Range, Borchgrevink Coast, Victoria Land. Named during the German Antarctic North Victoria Land Expedition 1982/83 (Ganovex III).
