Glacier valley at the northern edge of Stephenson Bastion, joining with Cornwall Glacier and draining into Recovery Glacier, Shackleton Range, Coats Land. Named during expedition GEISHA (Geologic expedition into the Shackleton Range) 1987/88.
Gelnhausen, town in Hessen, Germany; founded as Imperial City in 1170 by Kaiser Friedrich I, Holy Roman Emperor, called 'Barbarossa' or 'Redbeard'.
