The highest rise at the E margin of a chain of hills, 8 km NE of Thompson Peak, Oates Land, Victoria Land. Surveyed during the German Antarctic North Victoria Land Expedition 1988/89 (Ganovex V).
Named after the castle 'Schloss Holte' in North Rhine Westphalia.
