Glacier SW of the table mountain Mount Dergach, joining with Astapenko Glacier before emptying into Ob' Bay, Bowers Mountains, Oates Land, Victoria Land. Surveyed during the German Antarctic North Victoria Land Expedition 1982/83 (Ganovex III).

Named For

Helmut G. F. Winkler (1915-1980), German petrologist, Professor at the universities of Marburg and Göttingen.
