three off-shore rocks in the Duroch Islands (q.v.), W of Cape Legoupil, Trinity Peninsula, were charted as a single feature by CAE, 1947-48, and named Islote Ministro General Barrios Tirado after Gen. G. Barrios T. (Laclavère Plateau, q.v.) (Chile. DNH chart 503, 1948). Islote Barrios Tirado (Chile. DNH chart 503, 1951). Islote Barrios (Chile. DNH chart 503, 1959; IHA, 1974, p.40). Air photography by FIDASE, 1956-57, showed the feature to consist of three rocks. Barrios Rock [sic] (USOO chart 6650, 1963). Barrios Rocks (USBGN, 1964a, p.10; APC, 1986, p.3).
