Blanchard, of the Office of Polar Programs, US National Science Foundation; Associate Editor, Antarctic Journal of the United States, 1973-78 (APC, 1977, p.6; USGS sketch map Palmer Land (North Part), 1979; BAS sheet Misc. 2, 1981).
