N spur of Havre Mountains, N Alexander Island, following geological work by BAS from "Fossil Bluff", 1976-77, was named after Charles Boyn, Director, Agence Général Maritime, France, who superintended the building of Pourquoi-Pas? of FAE, 1908-10 (APC, 1980, p.3).
