between Cape Renard and Eclipse Point, Danco Coast, was photographed from the air by FIDASE, 1956-57, and following the work of an RN Hydrographic Survey Unit from John Biscoe, 1956-57, named descriptively, the bay being hidden from the N by Screen Islands (APC, 1959a, p.7; BA chart 3572, 12.viii.1960). Bahía Escondida [translation of English name] (Chile. DNH chart 1502, 1962; IHA, 1974, p.117). Bahía Paraná, so called by AAE after the brigantine Paraná of the Argentine National Squadron (Argentina. MD, 1978, letter P).
