Briesemeister (Briesemeister Peak, q.v.) (Ronne, 1949, map p.230); later named Mount Martin after Orville Martin, electronics engineer, Bureau of Ships, US Navy Department, who assisted RARE and whose name was originally applied to Gould Glacier (q.v.)
