Mikkelsen, Norwegian diver who inspected the damaged hull of the FAE ship Pourquoi Pas? at Deception Island, 8 December 1909 (Charcot, 1912, Pl.1). Mikkelsen Öyane (HA chart, 1927). Mikkelsen Islets (BA chart 3196, 12.xi.1948; DCS 601 sheet 67 68, 1954; APC, 1955, p.15).
