Narrative

running NE-SW and rising to 100m on SE side of Hope Bay, Trinity Peninsula, were surveyed by SwAE in 1903 and named descriptively Schrammenhügel [=scar hills] (Andersson, 1905, Karte 2); resurveyed by FIDS from "Hope Bay", 1945-46. Scar Hills (BA chart 3213, 6.x.1950; APC, 1955, p.18; DOS 310 Hope Bay sheet, 1961). The hills were further surveyed by FIDS from "Hope Bay", 1954-56.
