This name originates from Japan. It is part of the Japan Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
A round-topped hill (2153 m) which composes southwestern part of Mont Gaston de Gerlache. Surveyed by JARE in 1960, and named Mosuso Yama (skirt mountain), because its foot is covered by ice-cored moraines like skirts.
