This name originates from Japan. It is part of the Japan Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
A nunatak (2066.3 m) with conspicuous cliff 3 km NNW of TyƓ-ga-take in the central part of Yamato Sanmyaku. Surveyed by JARE in 1960, and named Tuitate Iwa. Tuitate or Tsuitate is a single-leaf wooden screen to partition a room.
