A striking pyramide peak on the Fry-Mawson divide, close to the head of the Fry Glacier. The peak has a spire-like rock summit at the south end of a narrow snow ridge and overlooks almost the entire waersheds of the Fry and Mawson Glaciers. The Northern Survey Party established a survey station on its summit on 11 December 1957. Named for Murray H Douglas, a member of the Northern Survey Party.
