A high granite peak of the Will Hays Mountains, about 2133m high, standing between the Amundsen and Robert Scott Glaciers in the Queen Maud Range. Discovered in December 1929 by the Geological Party, led by Gould, of the Byrd AE, 1928-30, and named by Byrd for Edward E Goodale, a member of that party.
