Narrative

A hanging glacier on the south wall of the Wright Valley between the Denton and Hart Glaciers. Named by US Deep Freeze III, 1956-57, for Robert Goodspeed of Pennington, New Jersey, USA, a geological assistant to Robert Nicholas in Antarctica in the 1959-60 season under US National Science Foundations auspices.
