A sharp peak rising to about 2072m from a mass of irregular mountains in the foothills of the Prince Olav Mountains on the east side of the Shacklton Glacier about 10 miles north-west of Mt Wade. Discovered and photographed by US Navy Operation Highjump, 1946-47, on the flights of 16 February 1947, and named for First Lieut Leroy S Kenney, USMCR.
