A peak, about 2865m high, at the northern end of the Dominion Range. Discovered by the BAE, 1907-09, under Shackleton, and named for Sir James Mills, Chairman of the Union Steam Ship Company, who, jointly with the New Zealand Government, paid the cost of towing the expedition ship Nimrod to the Antarctic in 1908.
