The northernmost nunatak in the Grosvenor Mountains with an elevation of 2700 metres and lying 20 miles west of the head of the Shacklton Glacier. Named for Thomas B Pratt, American financier and contributor to the 1929-30 expedition led by Rear-Admiral Richard E Byrd, who bestowed the name.
