A peak 1.2km west of Mount Aurora in the volcanic complex at the south of Black Island, Ross Archipelago.

Named For

Named by the New Zealand Geological and Survey Antarctic Expedition (NZGSAE), 1958-59, because of the magnificent view obtained of the peaks in this vicinity and of the Ross Archipelago and Minna Bluff region.
