This name originates from Norway. It is part of the Norway Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
Corrie NW in Sivorgfjella, Heimefrontfjella in Maudheimvidda. After Einar Johansen, b. 1915, student. After taking part in military intelligence in the early war years, he escaped to Sweden. Returning in 1942, he organized a network of secret radio stations in northernmost Norway for reporting movements of German battleships.
