Partly snowcapped mountain in S and middle part of Sør-Rondane. After lieutenant Cdr. William J. Rogers Jr, plane commander of one of the three aerial crews of USN Operation Highjump which flew photographic flights in this and other coastal areas between 14° and 164° E, 1946-47.
