This name originates from Poland. It is part of the Poland Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
Glacier between Melville Peak and Melville Peninsula, terminating with ice-cliff at Sherratt Bay. Named in honour of Wladyslaw Danowski, geologist, member of the Polish Antarctic Expedition 1980/81 to King George Island.
