This name originates from Poland. It is part of the Poland Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
Mountain ridge (c. 220 m) between Mt Flagstaff and Piasecki Pass, Keller Peninsula, Admiralty Bay area. Named in honour of Dr G. W. Tyrrell who petrographically described many rocks of King George Island.
