This name originates from United States of America. It is part of the United States Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
A peak at the SE end of Intention Nunataks, at the SW margin of Evans Neve. So named by the NZ-APC because agate and other semi-precious stones were found here by the Southern Party of NZGSAE, 1966-67.
