Point lying 3 mi SE of Cape Renard on the S side of Flandres Bay, on the W coast of Graham Land. First charted by the BelgAE under Gerlache, 1897-99. Charted by the Argentine Antarctic Expedition (1954) and named Punta Azufre (sulfur point).
