Rounded, ice-covered hill which rises to 1,630 m and projects 180 m above the surrounding ice sheet, situated close N of the head of Neny Glacier on the W coast of Graham Land. First surveyed by the USAS, 1939-41. Resurveyed in 1946 by the FIDS and named by them for its resemblance to a billycock hat.
