A rock point along the S side of the entrance to Tripp Bay in Victoria Land. Named in association with nearby Brough Nunatak (q.v.) after Lt. Cdr. B.E. Boney, USN, captain of USS Brough in Antarctic waters in Operation Deep Freeze IV, 1958-59.
