This name originates from United States of America. It is part of the United States Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
An ice-covered point forming the E side of the entrance to Block Bay on the coast of Marie Byrd Land. Discovered on the ByrdAE (1928-30) flight along this coast on Dec. 5, 1929. Named for Michael J. Brennan, who was advisory on the ByrdAE (1928-30) in the selection of personnel. Brennan was skipper of the North Pole.
