Point forming the NW side of the entrance to Discovery Bay, Greenwich Island, in the South Shetland Islands. Surveyed by the Chilean Antarctic Expedition of 1947 which named it for Capitan de Corbeta Raul Del Canto, engineer on the ship Iquique during the expedition. The name Fort William (q.v.) was incorrectly applied to this feature by DI personnel of the Discovery II in 1935.
