Island 0.5 mi long which lies 1 mi off the S coast of Anvers Island and 1.5 mi SE of Bonaparte Point. The name was proposed by USARP biologist Dietland Muller-Schwarze after his wife Christine Muller-Schwarze, who studied Adelie Penguins with him on the island in 1971-72.
