Group of rocks 4 mi NE of Cape Leguillou, the N tip of Tower Island, in the Palmer Archipelago. The French expedition under Capt. Jules Dumont d'Urville, 1837-40, applied the name Iles Dumoulin, for C.A. Vincendon-Dumoulin, hydrographer with the expedition, to a group of small islands in this area. A study of air photos has shown that there are two groups of rocks. The SW group has been named Kendall Rocks and the NE group Dumoulin Rocks.
