Narrative

A peak (2,945 m) 3 mi S of Gessner Peak in the NE part of the Muhlig-Hofmann Mountains of Queen Maud Land. Discovered by the GerAE under Ritscher, 1938-39, and named for the director of the German Weather Service. Remapped from air photos taken by the NorAE, 1958-59.
