A sharp peak, l,670 m, at the S end of Dunbar Ridge in the Heritage Range. Mapped by USGS from surveys and USN air photos, 1961-66. Named by US-ACAN for Victor P. Hessler, ionospheiric physicist, USARP scientist at the Soviet Vostok Station in the 1965-66 and 1966-67 summer seasons.
