The largest of several rocks off John Beach, Walker Bay, Livingston Island, in the South Shetland Islands. Charted by DI in 1935 and named descriptively Low Rock. Renamed by UK-APC in 1958 after the sealer Hetty (Capt. Ralph Bond) of London, which was sealing in the South Shetland Islands in 1820-21.
