A peak of the Walker Mountains, located at the base of Hughes Peninsula in the W part of Thurston Island. Delineated from air photos taken by USN Operation HighJump in December 1946. Named by US-ACAN for Chief Photographer's Mate Frank Kazukaitis, USN, who recorded features of the Walgreen and Eights Coasts on the USN Bellingshausen Sea Expedition in February 1960. He served as photographer on several additional Navy Deep Freeze deployments to Antarctica.
