This name originates from United States of America. It is part of the United States Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
A rocky, wedge-shaped spur located at the head of Brush Glacier on Bear Peninsula, Walgreen Coast, Marie Byrd Land. First mapped by USGS from air photos taken by USN Operation HighJump in January 1947. Named by US-ACAN after James C. Rogers, electrical engineer at the Byrd (very low frequency) Sub-station, 1966.
