Cape between Laubeuf and Bigourdan Fjords, forming the S extremity of Arrowsmith Peninsula on the W coast of Graham Land. Discovered by the FrAE under Charcot, 1908-10, and named by him for Dr. Roque Saenz Pena, President of the Argentine Republic, 1910-13.
