Feature type: Bay
This name originates from Australia. It is part of the Australian Antarctic Gazetteer.
The bay immediately north of the point defining the north end of Sellick Bay. This small but clearly defined bay is one of the least accessible parts, from both land and sea, of the entire coastline of Macquarie Island, and is rarely visited for this reason. It has been known among ANARE expeditioners by this name for many years, presumably because of the nightmarish approach necessary for anyone to visit it.
