This name originates from Bulgaria. It is part of the Bulgaria Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
The glacier bounded by the SE slopes of Oryahovo Heights and the NW slopes of Snow Peak, Livingston Island. Extending 5 km in E-W direction, and 3 km in N-S direction. Draining northeastwards into Hero Bay between Avitohol Point and Remetalk Point. Named after the town of Berkovitsa in the western Balkan Mountains, Bulgaria.
