This name originates from Bulgaria. It is part of the Bulgaria Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
The summit of Vidin Heights on Varna Peninsula, eastern Livingston Island. Rising to over 600 m. Situated 5.5 km NE of the summit of Gleaner Heights, 4.3 km NNE of Leslie Hill, 7.6 km N by W of Sliven Peak and 9.4 km N by E of Mount Bowles. Overlooking Kaliakra Glacier to the S and SE, and a portion of the island's ice cap that is draining into Hero Bay to the NW. Named after the Bulgarian town of Miziya in relation to the ancient Thracian province of Miziya (Moesia).
